HARD.

THE CHALLENGES / BODY

PUSH.

Fifty, seventy-five or a hundred push-ups in one day, split into as many sets as it takes. Every rep with a straight body, or it does not count.

A person mid push-up on a concrete rooftop at dawn.

THE CHALLENGE

Push-ups. Split them into as many sets as you need; every rep counts only with a straight body.

  1. LEVEL 150 push-ups.
  2. LEVEL 275 floor push-ups.
  3. LEVEL 3100 floor push-ups.

WHY IT'S HARD

A defined strength workload, scaled through both movement and volume.

DO IT RIGHT

Controlled form on every rep. Rest as needed between sets. Stop for pain, dizziness or illness; an unfinished day is fine. Scale the movement, never the honesty.

HOW IT WORKS ON HARD.

Everyone gets the same challenge on the same day. Say I'M IN, take as long as it takes, then say I DID IT on your word. Your friends see you show up.
