HARD.

THE CHALLENGES / BODY

MOVE WITH PURPOSE.

Fifteen, twenty or thirty thousand steps. No gym, no timer, just a long day on your feet and a number at the end of it.

A person mid push-up on a concrete rooftop at dawn.

THE CHALLENGE

Walk, run or wheel your steps up. Count them with your phone or watch.

  1. LEVEL 115,000 steps.
  2. LEVEL 220,000 steps.
  3. LEVEL 330,000 steps.

WHY IT'S HARD

Sustained purposeful effort at a level that is challenging relative to the participant.

DO IT RIGHT

Controlled form on every rep. Rest as needed between sets. Stop for pain, dizziness or illness; an unfinished day is fine. Scale the movement, never the honesty.

HOW IT WORKS ON HARD.

Everyone gets the same challenge on the same day. Say I'M IN, take as long as it takes, then say I DID IT on your word. Your friends see you show up.
